Panoramic Northside is Panoramic’s new development located on the northside of Berkeley, on 1752 Shattuck Avenue, a 6-minute walk to the UC Berkeley campus.

This 7-level project has 72 units, including studio, two, three, four, and five bedroom apartments. It includes 40 secure bike and/or scooter parking spaces, a laundry room on every floor, as well as two roof decks.  The building will be ready May 2026.
